About Joker’s Sauce

Growing up on Chicago’s South Side, a young Kevin Campbell watched his father, Arthur H. Campbell III, grill his favorite and signature foods regularly. The senior Campbell was so well known for his grilling, that all of the neighbors gave him the nickname, “Bar B Que”. When Kevin became a young man, the senior Campbell taught him the importance of the quality of the ingredients used to make his masterpiece

Fast forward to 2012.  Kevin stepped up and took his father’s love for BBQ to another level. Paying homage to his father while infusing his own ingredients and spices, Kevin created Joker’s Que Sauce.  This recipe, sought out by many, has a slow tangy heat that can be put on anything, turning many ordinary meals into EXTRAORDINARY meals!
